Ingredients

    1 cup raw wheat berries
    2 large onions, chopped
    2-1/2 cups chickpeas - drained and rinsed
    1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
    4 tbsp Kraft Olive Oil Sun Dried Tomato Dressing
    4 tbsp fresh Cilantro, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, minced
    4 cups water


Directions

Soak wheat berries for 24 hours. Drain, and simmer in 4 cups of water for 45-60 minutes

Roast onions until golden, stir in cooked wheat berries, chickpeas, garlic and broth.

Roast another 30 minutes.

Stir in dressing and cilantro

Chill and serve.

Makes 10 - 1/2 cup servings
