Introduction
This is a 'back to basics' guacamole recipe which I tried with the only things I had on hand. It was so good, I thought I should share it. I made mine with one extra large avocado from my backyard and an organic vine-ripened tomato from the market. HINT: To prevent it from browning, add lemon or lime juice. Ingredients

VERY RIPE Avocado
Coarse ground [or cracked] black pepper
Kosher Salt
Cumin
Worcestershire Sauce (very impt.)

Directions
Place all ingredients in large enough bowl. Use potato masher to squish about 3/4 into puree. Leave several large chunks for dipping interest. Be careful not to eat it all before you share with friends!
