    200g tegel Chicken Bacon
    500g puff pastry
    8 fresh eggs, whisked
    5 cloves garlic finely chopped
    50g spring onions (shallots) chopped finely
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    4 med tomatoes diced
    1/2 tbsp black pepper
    1/3 tbsp garlic stock/salt


Line a deep dish with the rolled out puff pastry.
In a bowl throw all the other ingredients in together and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into the pastry lined dish and place into oven for 30-40 mins @ 180 deg. celcius.
Serve with a fresh salad.
