Ingredients



    * HEB Sliced Stewed Tomatoes, 10.5 cup
    * Frozen Vegetable Gumbo Mixture, 7.5 cup
    * 93% Fat Free Ground Beef, 36 oz
    * Chili powder, 6 tbsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp
    * Onion powder, 4 tbsp
    * Cumin seed, 5 tbsp
    * Paprika, 5 tbsp
    * Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Brown hamburger meat and drain.

Combine tomatoes, vegetables, water and spices and bring mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer over low/medium heat for 45 minutes.

Serve with non fat shredded cheese or sour cream if desired.
