Introduction

It's a great side dish to tex mex or served as the main vegetable dish next to tuna or chicken.
The portion size is really big. It can easily be a side dish for 8.

In the ingredients list I've listed a head of cabbage. Mostly I use an assortment of different coloured cabbage, carrots, swede or any other root vegetables.

Ingredients

Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 tbsp
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large or its equivalent in cabbage, carrot and other root vegetables
    Hot Chili Peppers, 1.5 pepper
    Cumin seed, 1.5 tbsp
Cilantro leaves a couple of hands full
    juice of half a lime

Directions

Cut the chili and the cilantro very fine (I use a kitchen machine) add the yogurt and the cumin and mix well.
Shred the cabbage, add the yogurt dressing and the lime juice.
Let it rest for a while (the longer the better) so the flavours can blend.
