Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
3 TBSP EVOO
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 pkg crab meat (imitation okay)
2 cups lowfat milk
3 soup cans of water
I package country gravy mix (White, peppered gravy) ONLY USE APPROXIMATELY 1/2 to 3/4!
2/3 Cup Instant Powdered Nonfat Milk
1 Can evaporated skim milk (12 oz)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Crab Boil
1 chicken bouillion cube
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee chopped onion in EVOO until onions are browned.
Add soups, milk, water, and chicken bouillion cube. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add crab meat, gravy mix, powdered milk, evaporated milk.
Add worcestershire, Crab Boil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Let simmer, stirring frequently, until soup is heated through. Serve with small slices of crusty french bread for dipping.
