Introduction

Here is my version of a veggie wrap. Very simple to make and great for lunch! Here is my version of a veggie wrap. Very simple to make and great for lunch!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Mission Garden Spinach and Herb wrap
    1/2 tbsp of Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    1/4 cup of spinach, fresh
    1/4 cup of Dole Classic Romaine Salad Blend
    1/3 Roma tomato, sliced
    1/3 avocado, sliced
    1 tbsp of Newman's Own Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Directions

Microwave wrap for 15-20 seconds until warm.
Spread ranch dressing on wrap.
Layer with spinach, romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and then avocado slices.
Add salsa on top.
Wrap together and enjoy!


Add any additional vegetables that you like. Fresh broccoli sprouts and mushroom slices work well!


Note: If you are concerned about sodium or carb content, use a different kind of wrap (whole wheat, low carb, etc.).
