Ingredients

    Base:
    1/4 cup shortening melted
    3/4 cup flour
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup 1% milk

    about 3 cups cut fresh fruit, 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

    Crumbs:
    1/4 cup shortening melted
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Spray 9x9 pan lightly with oil. mix base ingredients and spread in pan. Cover with fruit, 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix crumbs together and spread over fruit. Bake at 350 about 1 hour until golden brown and fruit is done.
