Ingredients

    3/4 cup Dole strawberry orange banana 100% juice
    3/4 cup frozen raspberries
    1 medium banana
    1 cup Dannon light and fit nonfat vanilla yogurt
    2 TBS Flax seed Meal

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
