    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    * Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    * *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *Tomato juice, with salt added, 4 cup (remove)
    * Lemon juice, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)

Directions

put all ingredients into blender or food processor
add 2 tbsp ea chopped parsley & chives

blend to desired consistency - season w/ salt, pepper hot sauce & Worcestershire sauce to taste
