Ingredients

3/4 cup light Chocolate Soy Milk (I love Silk or 8th Continent)
1 Banana (frozen is better!)
4 ice cubes
optional- quick pour of Godiva Chocolate liquor (not included in Nutrition Info) :)
Directions
Starting Note:: If you can plan in advance, throw a couple of bananas in the freezer, this makes the shake extra thick, but does take a little more effort in peeling. The easiest way is to peel it like a potato with a sharp knife.
Makes 1 10-12oz serving.
