Introduction
This is mine and my family's favorite Pumpkin Pie! This is mine and my family's favorite Pumpkin Pie!Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

3 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked
2 can (13 oz) Milk, canned, evaporated
5 large Egg, fresh
3 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice
2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/8 cup Molasses
1 tsp Salt
Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 2 crust, single 9"
Directions
Prebake Pie crust in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes until slightly browned. Cool to room temperature.
Combine pumpkin and canned milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into cooled pie crust and bake for 45 minutes at 375. Cool to room temperature and the chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Makes 2 pies. 8 slices for each pie.
