Introduction

Simple meal with natural flavors! Simple meal with natural flavors!

Ingredients

    Ground turkey
    couscous
    asparagus, squash, zuchinni, onion (any veggies you have really)
    italion seasoning
    a splash of olive oil

Directions

Cook a cup of couscous as directed (i use no butter or salt)
Brown the ground turkey
add in the veggies and seasoning

put over couscous and enjoy!
