Introduction

A special raw treat that is packed full of selenium, iron and calcium. Delicious blended with banana for breakfast on the go, it will keep hunger at bay for hours and energy levels high. A special raw treat that is packed full of selenium, iron and calcium. Delicious blended with banana for breakfast on the go, it will keep hunger at bay for hours and energy levels high.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup brazil nuts, soaked 2 hours min.
    4 cups still mineral water
    1/4 cup agave syrup (or raw honey)
    2 tbsp coconut butter (eg.Artisan)
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    Pinch of sea salt

Directions

In a high speed blender, blend the nuts and water on high speed till nuts are WELL blended. Strain the milk through a nut bag (or use layers of cheesecloth) . Pop the strained milk back into the cleaned blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly till smooth and creamy then place in the fridge to cool for a couple of hours. If you like it really sweet, add more agave or stevia if you prefer.
