A lower fat version on an old classic. A lower fat version on an old classic.
Number of Servings: 1


    4 ounces of fiber-enriched or natural elbow macaroni pasta.
    2 quarts of water.
    1 tsp. of salt.
    2 tbs- 1/4 cup of velveeta or taco bell salsa con queso dip.


Cook pasta thoroughly according to box instructions. Drain. Add dip in a bowl and stir. Should make 2 servings of roughly 2 ounces of pasta each.
