Ingredients

    1 cup coconut oil
    4 tablespoons dark chocolate powder
    1.5 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons splenda
    2 oz. crushed walnuts

Directions

Make the coconut oil liquid by very gently heating until it just befins to turn to a liquid. Mix everything very well, pour into a shallow baking dish lined with plastic wrap or into silicon cupcakes and place in the freezer until hard. Keep it in your refridgerator or freezer.

    I don't see almonds in the ingredient list, can I assume you can use 2 oz. of almonds or walnuts ? - 3/23/10
