Very quick and easy to make. Very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Miracle Whip
    1 egg
    3 med. ripe bananas (mashed)
    11/2 cup flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp baking soda

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients, in seperate bowl combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to banana mixture. Turn into greased loaf pan.
Bake 60-70 min. Let stand 10 min before turning onto cooling rack.
