Ingredients

    2 cups diced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. finely diced onion or garlic
    1 diced jalapeno
    2 Tbsp. diced cilantro (we use more)
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 cup Mexican beer
    2 tsp. salt
    juice of one lime

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve! How much simpler could it be? Toast some taked tortilla chips in the oven, and you have the best low-cal snack ever!
