Great salad
Additional Suggestions:
Instead of carrots add chopped, cooked shrimp or use baby bay shrimp.
Use your favorite vinegar or seasoning to spice it to your liking.
You can also dice the avocados and toss with other ingredients and lay on a bed of fresh arugula..or mixed greens.

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
    Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Tomatoes-red, ripe, raw, cherry ,grape or campari ,1 cup chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Avocados, California (Haas), 2 fruit without skin and seeds
    Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds

Directions

Finely chop celery and onions and add to grated carrots in a bowl. add mayonaise, vinegar, worcestershire, and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Chop cherry or grape tomatoes in small cubes.
Cut two avocados in half remove seeds and skin. Squeese lemon juice on all four halfs to keep nice green color.
Scoop carrot salad into avocados and on top,
Add chopped tomatoes.
