Introduction

Just a little something I whipped up to cover the taste of fish up. I'm not a huge fan but I know it's good for you. Just a little something I whipped up to cover the taste of fish up. I'm not a huge fan but I know it's good for you.

Ingredients

    Light Cream Cheese
    1 White Fish Fillet (Im using cod)
    1/4 Cup Parsley
    Basil
    Bell Peppers


Directions

soften the cream cheese
dice the parsley, basil and bell peppers and combine.
Spread the cheese mixture over the fish and bake until fish is flaky.
I use a bit of spray on the dish so the fish doesn't stick.
