Ingredients

    2 Tbs Olive Oil
    1/2 Yellow Onion, Chopped
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    1 Tbl Butter
    1 oz Lemon Juice
    1 doz. mussels

Directions

Sautee onion, garlic at medium heat until soft. Add butter & lemon juice. Toss Mussels.
