Ingredients

    350 grams X Lean Ground Chicken
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves minced Garlic
    1 tbsp dried Dill Weed (or 1/4 cup fresh)
    1 tsp Paprika
    2 Bay Leaves
    Hot Pepper Flakes to taste (optional)
    1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    3 tbsp Splenda (or Brown Sugar Twin)
    400 grams shredded Savoy Cabbage
    100 grams fresh Baby Spinach
    4 cups Campbell's 25% less salt Chicken Broth
    4 cups Water


Directions

Add ground chicken to large soup pot and cook until brown. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients except Cabbage and Spinach. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cabbage and spinach and simmer another 15 minutes. Remember to remove Bay Leaves.

Makes 8 1-1/2 cup servings
