Introduction

This is a recipe that my mother used to make and when I made it for my husband, he fell in love with it. It is not really low fat, but when you consider it is a meal within itself, it offsets the calories. You could use a healthy request type soup in place of the regular and save some on fats, etc. This is a recipe that my mother used to make and when I made it for my husband, he fell in love with it. Very Good
Good, old fashioned "real" potato casserole; I used different meat and soup and it still worked fine. - 11/2/08
