I made this today. It was very good but instead of low fat mayo I used plain Greek yogurt. I added chopped up bits of egg to give it the umph it seemed to be missing but otherwise great dish. Very quick and very easy. - 6/24/12

This was very good, but next time I won't use quite so much celery. I was thinking about adding black olives to it; anybody got any opinions? But it was really good, I'll make it again.
NOTE: I tried this later in the day as a snack, and it tasted even better as a left-over.

This is a good basic recipe. I like a little sweetness to mine so I added red grapes. Also added a little diced onion... lots of flavor for virtually no added calories.

    Thanks for sharing!

Delicious as a basic chicken salad and so easy to adapt according to your own taste. I added some apple, a few pecans pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and a couple of teaspoons of plain, fat-free Greek yogurt. - 1/22/13
