Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Low fat greek plain yogurt in place of the mayo. A bit of garlic and onion powders, some white pepper. Delicious! Stuffed it in a tomato, so no bread! Win/win.
If you are doing low carb, use regular mayonnaise. Will make this again.
I made this and my kids and I really enjoyed it. I didn't have enough celery so I added chopped sweet peppers and cilantro, then served it on a low fat tortilla. It was a really good lunch! Even my kids liked it, and they generally don't enjoy chicken salad.
Made this for the first time, and it is extremely delicious, love that its low in calories !
Delicious as a basic chicken salad and so easy to adapt according to your own taste. I added some apple, a few pecans pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and a couple of teaspoons of plain, fat-free Greek yogurt.
This is a good basic recipe. I like a little sweetness to mine so I added red grapes. Also added a little diced onion... lots of flavor for virtually no added calories.

Thanks for sharing!
I made this today. It was very good but instead of low fat mayo I used plain Greek yogurt. I added chopped up bits of egg to give it the umph it seemed to be missing but otherwise great dish. Very quick and very easy.
I made this today, I was out of low fat mayo so I used full fat and thew some carrots in it. It was so good! I ate mine on a sandwhich with ww bread.
Very good. Used 1 Tbl. may, 2 tsp French's spicy brown mustard, salt, pepper, & curry powder. Added 1 boiled egg & ate with tossed salad. Delicious. Thank you, TRIMMJE

I found this to be awesome. It is full of flavor. I put it on pepperidge deli flatbreads for a low calorie meal.
