Low fat greek plain yogurt in place of the mayo. A bit of garlic and onion powders, some white pepper. Delicious! Stuffed it in a tomato, so no bread! Win/win. Submitted by:

If you are doing low carb, use regular mayonnaise. Will make this again. Submitted by:

I made this and my kids and I really enjoyed it. I didn't have enough celery so I added chopped sweet peppers and cilantro, then served it on a low fat tortilla. It was a really good lunch! Even my kids liked it, and they generally don't enjoy chicken salad. Submitted by:

Delicious as a basic chicken salad and so easy to adapt according to your own taste. I added some apple, a few pecans pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and a couple of teaspoons of plain, fat-free Greek yogurt. Submitted by:

This is a good basic recipe. I like a little sweetness to mine so I added red grapes. Also added a little diced onion... lots of flavor for virtually no added calories.

Thanks for sharing!
