Introduction

Vegetable Soup with Cabbage, Zucchini Green & Yellow, Onion, Celery, Dill & Pepper Vegetable Soup with Cabbage, Zucchini Green & Yellow, Onion, Celery, Dill & Pepper

Ingredients

    2 32 fl oz containers of Tabatchnick Garden Vegetable Broth

    4 cups of chopped cabbage
    2 cups of green zucchini
    1 cup of yellow zucchini
    1 1/2 cups of sliced or chopped celery
    3 tlb of tomatoe paste
    1 tlb dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Pour vegetable broth into a large pot.
Add all other ingredients after prep.
(cutting, chopping ...)

Put lid on bring to a boil & then a simmer for 30 minutes.
