Ingredients

Praline Crust
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup ground walnuts
1 cup sugar substitute (I used Altern- WalMarts brand of Splenda)
dash of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pie Filling
1.75 cups of canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling just plain pumpkin)
3/4 cups sugar substitute (Altern)
1tb of pumpkin pie spice, plus a dash
1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
4 eggs
Directions
Mix the crust ingredients in a small bowl. Press it evenly into the bottom and on the sides of a pie pan. Bake for about 5 minutes at 350 or until the crust is slightly browned. Remove from the oven.
Mix the filling together and pour into the pre-baked crust. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
Makes eight servings for 12.5 carbs per serving
