Introduction
My boyfriend's absolutely WONDERFUL homemade pizza recipe. We cook it on a stone, and if you have access to one - I highly recommend it! If not, just pre-bake the crust for a few minutes to ensure it gets fully cooked. My boyfriend's absolutely WONDERFUL homemade pizza recipe. Ingredients
-
3 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
1/4 oz yeast
2 tbs garlic
1 cup water
1 cup tomato sauce
12 oz part skim mozz cheese
15 slices of pepperoni
Directions
Christopher says: "Mix it all up, and bake! :P"
I say:
Mix together all dry dough ingredients first, then mix in water. After it's all mixed together, form into a ball, rub with a slight amount of vegetable oil, put in a bowl, cover with a towel and let sit for an hour to rise. Dough is ready when you stick your finger in and the indentation stays.
Roll out or pound out the dough to 16", add sauce and toppings.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes until cheese looks delicious.
Let cool a little bit and serve!
