Ingredients

1.5 tbsp petes Buffalo chicken wing sauce
3 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin, cubed
1.5 tbsp Kraft light blue cheese,
5 cup Onions, raw, ., chopped
.5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), cut into strips
1 oz shredded Cabot Vermont 50% Light Cheddar Cheese,
1 Thomas' English Muffin, Light Multigrain, 1 serving
5 large Black Olives, canned, sliced into thirds

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Take a medium sized frying pan and spray with cooking spray, heat up the pan.
3. Cut up the onions and the green peppers. Add the cut up onions and green peppers to the heated frying pan and cover. Cook until fork tender. Place the cooked onions and peppers in a bowl.
4. Cut up the chicken into cubes. Place in frying pan and cook until done.
5. Put the 1.5 tbsp of petes hot sauce in the pan with the chicken. Coat the chicken with the sauce. Remove from heat.
6. Cut the english muffins in half and place on a cookie sheet.
7. Top the english muffins with 1.5 tbsp of Kraft light blue cheese dressing. Next put on the chicken and then the onions and peppers. Next put on the sliced black olives. Top with the shredded cabot's cheese. Be sure to distribute the ingredients between the two english muffins.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
