Introduction

you will need a deep frier for this recipe you will need a deep frier for this recipe
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Oil (i use Pure Vegetable oil)
    Chicken boneless, skinless, breast
    2 eggs
    2 Cups Flour
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Pre-Heat Deep frier to 350 Degrees.

While deep frier is preheating put flour into bowl, season to tast with salt and pepper.

Mix eggs into seperate bowl untill well blended.

Cut checken into Strips (for chicken strips) or into squares (for chicken nuggest) or leave whole.

Take chicken dip into egg, get chicken fully coated in egg.

dip into flour, fully coat in flour.

Again dip into Egg

and again dip into flour, set aside, move to next piece.

after all pieces are coverd put into deep fry basket, and CAREFULLY, lower into VERY HOT OIL.

let cook till flour coating is lightly browned, about 7-14 mins
