Good idea; for days 3-40, just reduce meat by .5 oz. I crumbled garlic melba toast over the tomatoes too. :0) - 3/23/10

I made two 4 oz trout filets, added the tomatoes and also added a diagonally sliced zucchini. Added a side of fresh sauteed spinach and got great reviews from my wife. The fish was flaky and fresh, tomatoes and zucchini excellent. - 8/16/11

Make sure there is no sugar in your lemon pepper. I learned this the hard way.(gained a pound after using it on both my protiens in 1 day.) Otherwise, delicious dish! - 1/26/11
