Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

*1/2 gallon of Fat Free, no sugar added ice cream (I used chocolate vanilla swirl by Edy's but any fat free, no sugar added Ice cream will work)
*1 box of Sugar Free Fat Free chocolate pudding (I used Chocolate fudge flavored pudding)
*Whole container of Cool Whip Fat free
*1 cup of Crunchy or Creamy Peanut Butter (I used regular Jif crunchy peanut butter. It would be better to use a natural Peanut butter or reduced fat)
*1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I used Eas Soy Protein Powder. You can probably find a lower sugar, lower carbohydrate brand to use. I used 1 scoop but you could use more)

Directions

Set ice cream & cool whip (if frozen) out to soften. Mix all of the ingredients by hand or in a blender . Refreeze. Serve.
