Ingredients

    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 6 oz (remove)
    * Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)
    * Milk, nonfat, .66 cup (remove)
    * *Publix Instant Brown Rice, 1 cup (remove)
    * Cheddar Cheese Soup, 1.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place uncooked instant brown rice in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Layer tuna on top. In a big mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Whisk together until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over rice and tuna. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly. If you wish for the bread crumbs to be browner, pop under a low broiler for 5-7 minutes.
