Ingredients

    1 Can yellow corn
    1 can cream corn
    1 can evaportated milk
    4 med potatoes
    1 lb of Sage Breakfast Sausage Pork
    1/2 cup Onion Small dice
    4 Cups Chicken Stock
    1 tbs Dried Basil
    Salt to taste if needed
    1/2 tsp White Pepper

Directions

Break sauage apart and brown well. Remove meat and add onions sautee until they begin to brown. In a stock pot add 4 cups chicken broth and add diced potatoes, boil until just barely done, reduce heat add evaporated milk, creamed corn and whole corn, onions and sausage and basil and white pepper. Simmer untill it begins to thicken. Bring up spices to taste.
