Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Medium Cabbage head, cut into strips
    2 Baby Zucchini (medium size), sliced
    1 cup Green Pepper, cut into strips
    1 cup Sweet Red Pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1Tsp Onion Powder
    Sprinkle of Mrs. Dashes salt-free blends
    Couple grinds of Peppercorn Medley

Directions

Put cabbage, peppers & onions in large pan sprayed with Pam butter spray. (Do not add zucchini yet) Sprinkle in garlic & onion powders & Mrs. Dashs. Grind a couple of times with pepper grinder. Stir well. Cook covered on low/medium aprox. 45 minutes, stirring often. Then add zucchini, stirring well and cook another 30 minutes or until desired tenderness of veggies.
You can then spray with refrigerated liquid butter spray if desired.

Makes 6 1 - 1 1/2 cup servings
