Introduction

A yummy pasta salad with sun dried tomatoes and veggies. Using fat free Miracle Whip and low fat feta cheese will make this relatively low fat. A yummy pasta salad with sun dried tomatoes and veggies. Using fat free Miracle Whip and low fat feta cheese will make this relatively low fat.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 cups (170 grams) pasta (I used Catelli Bistro Rainbows)
    2 cups chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped cucumber
    2 cups chopped tomatoes (cherry or grape are good)
    3/4 cup feta cheese
    2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes in oil, chopped (well rinsed and drained)
    1/2 cup Kraft Sun Dried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
    1/2 cup Kraft Miracle Whip (I use fat free)

Directions

Cook pasta as per the instructions, rinse, place in large bowl. Chop all veggies and sun dried tomato, add to pasta. Add feta cheese, Miracle Whip and dressing to bowl. Mix all together.
Makes about 8 cups. Serving size: 1 cup.
