Ingredients

    2 cans of diced tomatoes
    1 can Roitel
    1 can Yellow corn (not drained)
    1 can Red beans (drained)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope dry Ranch seasoning
    1 envelope dry taco seasoning
    1 small can of diced jalapenos or green chiles (optional)

Directions

1.Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Add ground beef, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning to crock-pot.
3. Add canned tomatoes, Roitel, and corn to crock-pot.
4. Drain red beans and add to crock-pot.
5. Add desired amount of jalepenos or green chiles (optional).
6. Leave in crock-pot on high for a few hours (usually 2 or 3).

Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream, and use tortilla chips as dippers.
