Introduction
Using Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom along with fresh mushrooms and onion soup mix you get flavored pork chops so tender and delicious served over rice or potatoes ( I prefer sauted green beans topped with sauce) Using Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom along with fresh mushrooms and onion soup mix you get flavored pork chops so tender and delicious served over rice or potatoes ( I prefer sauted green beans topped with sauce)Number of Servings: 5
Ingredients

1 lb pork chops
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can healthy cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup mushroom sliced or cut into pieces
1 tblsp garlic powder
1 tblsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Spray baking dish with cooking spray set aside
season pork chops with garlic powder and black pepper sprinkle with onion soup mix cover with aluminum and bake 20 minutes remove from oven add mushroom slices and return to oven an additional 10 minutes remove again and combine water and canned soup pour pork chops and mushroom return to oven and continue cooking 10-15 minutes
remove and check for doneness (mine at this time are tender and cooked
serve 3 oz pork with some of the sauce
