Ingredients

    half a stick of butter
    1/4 cup of oil
    1.5 cups of flour
    1.5 cups of sugar
    1.5 eggs
    .25 cup of pecans chopped
    1 cup of pumpkin

    add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste along with 1 tsp vanilla.

    also 1 tsp of baking power and soda.

Directions

combine dry ingredients.

beat sugar, eggs, and butter/oil . . . add vanilla. then ad pumpkin, mix well.

Slowly ad dry ingredients.

bake at 350 for an hour.
