Introduction

My new favorite salad. Great to take to go, all my favorite ingredients. My new favorite salad. Great to take to go, all my favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

    1 can of tuna
    2 tbps Lite mayo
    1/2 package frozen broccoli
    1 fresh green pepper
    1/3 cup of craisins
    1/3 cup of raisins
    1/5 cup of peacans
    4 cups of choped lettuce

Directions

Defrost broccoli in microwave. Chop broccoli and pepper. Mix tuna and mayo. Mix in veggies. In a large salad bowl add lettuce, tuna and veggie mixture, craisins, raisins, and peacans. Toss salad.
