Ingredients

    -1 can Starkist albacore tuna in water
    -1 cup green beans
    -1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    -1/2 cup tomato sauce

Directions

-cook green beans on high in a pan with cooking spray
-drain tuna and add to green beans until cooked
-add balsamic vinegar and tomato sauce (and water if it's too thick)
-season to taste with herbs (optional)
-turn heat down and simmer until desired consistency is reached

*makes one serving
