Ingredients

1-cup of dry "beef" flavored TVP granules
1-cup of boiling water
2-cans of pinto beans
1-can of corn
1-can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos
2-small cans of tomato sauce
1-pkt of chili seasoning
1-pkt of taco seasoning
Directions
(1) Reconstitute the TVP granules with the boiling water by pouring the water over the TVP and letting sit for about 10-minutes.
(2) Meanwhile, in a good size pot combine the beans, tomatoes, and corn.
(3) Stir in the seasoning packets.
(4) Stir in the reconstituted TVP grandules.
(5) Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer.
(6) Simmer for about 30 minutes to let flavors meld together.
(7) Serve with some grated cheese on top or sour cream (not included in the nutrition) and enjoy!
