Introduction

Chop onion and pepper, fry in olive oil. When onions start to get soft, add turkey and fry up. Once the turkey looks cooked, dump in the cans of beans and corn.
Melt the chocolate in beer. Pour into the chili mixture. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper and cilantro to taste.
Bring it up to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer or leave it in a crock pot, either one, for a couple of hours.
