Ingredients

    1lb 93/7 Lean Ground Beef
    7 Mission Low Carb Tortilla shells
    1 8oz. Weight Watchers whipped cream cheese
    8 oz. Weight Watchers Mexican style shredded cheese
    16 oz. La Victoria Mild Green Salsa
    6 Green onion chopped

Directions

Saute beef with green onion, once it is fully cooked, mix cream cheese in to beef mixture.
Fill Tortilla shells, lay seem down in a baking dish & cover with salsa. Top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes
