Ingredients

    1 cup Brown rice, uncooked
    23/4 cups Water
    1 cup dried apples
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Combine rice, water, dried apples, and cinnamon in a 2 quart pan. Bring to a boil, stir, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 45 - 50 min., until water is absorbed. Stir in raisins.

Makes 4 1.25-cup servings.
