My estimate on to how this particular sandwich is made. It's basically a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with baby spinach for more flavor. My estimate on to how this particular sandwich is made. It's basically a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with baby spinach for more flavor.

Ingredients

    baby spinach enough to cover the sandwich
    butter for grilling
    4 oz of ham sliced thin
    1 slice of pre sliced havarti cheese
    2 slices of panini style bread

Directions

Put spinach, cheese, and ham between 2 pieces of buttered bread with buttered sides out. Grill both sides at once if possible. Cheese should be melted and preferably oozing out the sides and bread should be toasted golden. Shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to cook even if you do both sides separate.
