Introduction

This is an easy to make side dish to accompany steak or roast. Taste can be adjusted by type and amount of spice used. To increase the recipe just add more vegetables. Ingredients


    1 potato - peeled and diced into 1 inch cubes
    10 small white mushrooms - halved
    1/4 white onion - separete in to rings or chop
    1 tbsp olive oil

    Spices to taste
    seasoning salt
    pepper
    garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove


Directions

Throw everything into a large frying pan. Cover and cook on medium/low for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Stir often. There should be a small amount of juice in the bottom of the pan as it cooks. Add small amounts of water as needed if the juice is absorbed or cooks off.

Makes approximately 1 to 1 1/2 cups prepared (fills 1/3 or so of a dinner plate).
