    2 Cups Flour
    2 Cups Milk
    2 Large Eggs
    1 tsp Salt


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, add eggs, add 1 cup milk. After mixed, add the rest of the milk (to keep from getting lumpy). Scoop 1/2 cup mixture and pour onto greased hot pan, tilting the pan to allow mixture to spread evenly, in around about method. When edges lift of pan, turn pancake over and check it occasionally for spots to appear on the cooking side of the pancake. When this happens pancake is ready to eat. Place in a warming dish until all pancakes are made.
