Introduction

Makes 8 1 cup servings... VERY rich! Makes 8 1 cup servings... VERY rich!

Ingredients

    1 onion chopped
    .5 stick of butter
    Canned Corn
    Canned cream corn
    Cream of Potato soup
    1 pint fat free Half and Half
    8oz of Crab (blue)
    Chopped Green onions (for garnish)

Directions

Sautee chopped onion in butter in pot..... When cooked through add the rest (not garnish green onions)
Add any vegetables you want, it will make more serving that way!
Add some zaterains cajun spice for some ZING!

Cook till heated through!

    I want to try this, but do you use a can of Potato soup? And is it condensed then prepared for the recipe. This sounds very good, but I want to do it right, so I don't end up with a pot of stuff. - 12/5/08

    I use campbells condensed cream of potato.... i have a friend that used already prepared potato soup and she said it wasn't as thick as mine.... but it was just as tasty:)
