Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef 93% lean
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    2 15oz cans tomato sauce
    1 1.25oz packet taco seasoning mix
    1 7oz can chopped green chiles
    2 15.5oz cans white hominy
    2 15oz cans Ranch Style beans

Directions

Brown ground beef and chopped onion over medium-high heat. While beef is cooking, put remaining ingredients in slow cooker and stir. Add drained ground beef and onions and stir. Cover and cook in slow cooker on low for 3 hours. Makes 8 servings.
